Health and wellness programs can help lower a company’s health care costs, improve workplace safety, reduce sick days, and attract and retain top talent.

The key to a successful business is to focus solely on the customer. Or is it? If we, as leaders or business owners, shift our paradigm to prioritizing the health of our employees, the end result will be a highly engaged, competent, and happier employee delivering the service or producing the products for our customers.
